Q: Come on, isn’t coaching just therapy?
A: Coaching is not therapy! Therapy deals with your past, coaching takes your present and uses trained listening and questioning skills to clarify the vision you have for your life. A vision is not some far-off, distant, unattainable thing. A vision can be as personal as, “I want to lose 10 pounds and get fit.” A vision can be as big as, “I’m taking my business to six figures in 18 months, no excuses!” After the vision gets clear, you are the expert in your life – together we define the steps you need to realize that vision.
Q: I don’t have any problems in my life, why would I go to a Transformation Party™?
A: Coaching is about realizing goals,visions, seeing your life as it is right now, and asks questions that give you new perspective on what you really want – not just what your friends or family told you what “should” want. Q: Can’t I talk to the coach privately at a Transformation Party™?

Q: I don’t want to hear whining or air my dirty laundry in front of anybody in group coaching.
A: A lot of issues considered dirty laundry are really more appropriate for a therapy session, not coaching.
